Common FAQ's

Are the positions for vacation fill-ins or short term while the firm is looking for full-time employees? 

Some funeral facilities do reach out to us to cover those requests. Every funeral facility we work with has a variety of needs. Our ultimate goal is to help those funeral facilities find the funeral directors to fill the roles.

Is lodging and traveling expenses compensated?

Each funeral facility has a differing set of compensation. Some facilities offer different opportunities then others. 

Is compensation based on the time frame worked or is it by itemized services?

The compensation will solely be based off of the duration of time services are needed to be provided. Unless the funeral facility has other requests. (Example: 1 month of services provided for $4,000 in compensation)

What states are you currently servicing?

We are currently working with all 50 states. We are working in compliance with every single states specifics on licensing requirements.

What states would I most likely need to be licensed in?

We will reach out all funeral homes within the states you are licensed in. There is pressure to collect licenses in other states unless you desire.

Are most of the firms you are working with private or corporate?

We work with private and corporate.

Is the working contract negotiated by or through you or is it between the firm and myself?

We communicate all details, benefits, contract, duration, and compensation with you. And if everything that the Funeral facility is willing to provide you for your time is within what you desire, we would then employ a contract to both parties. Once that contract is signed the funeral director would be responsible to provide services at the start date the funeral facility is requiring those services to start.
